Q: If frost free is on private property should it be moved to POA?
A: Only if there is a break, we will add a cutoff on POA and frost free to private property. Most frost frees are located on POA property; only two frost frees are located on private property.
Q: If owner messes with frost free and damages it, what are the responsibilities?
A: The owner is responsible unless there is a break, then we split the cost and add a cutoff.
Q: Is Charles Trujillo under contract for repairs only?
A: He is under contract for repairs, and we will talk about other water system and line replacement tasks with him.
Q: Water budget is $7500.00.
A: We will look into the assessment charge for property owners for sections replace in front of their properties (should be announced and described at the Annual Meeting);
and maybe check with the State for any help???? The tank is the first priority, then line replacement.
Q: How is water line replacement to be prioritized?
A: Sections and upgrades will begin at the tank, then rundown Oak Ridge Loop. The water committee will develop an Upgrade Plan, section by section, and potential cost for
each section. Charles Trujillo may do the work with possible CCW Property Owner volunteers.
