The committee has meetings to consider changes to the bylaws and covenants. Changes are discussed and those approved are submitted to the BOD. If the BOD agrees with the changes, they are to be voted upon by the park members.

Election/Nomination Committee

This committee's purpose is to gather nominations and administer election and referendum voting.  CCW uses an electronic voting system called "Election Buddy" which sends ballots to e-mail addresses (make sure e-mail addresses are current).  It also allows for ballots to be downloaded for those wishing to mail or carry in to general meeting.  Ballots are given a unique code and are tracked to avoid duplication. Ballots can also be mailed and will be available at general meeting.

Forest Committee

The purpose of the Forest Committee is to help reduce fire danger and hazards within the subdivision. The committee inspects every lot within the subdivision, every year, for dead (standing and fallen) and hazardous diseased trees, excessive needles and leaves, and hazardous fire pits. After the inspections Property Owners are notified by mail, informing the owner of any hazard conditions on their property(s); Property Owners are give time to cure the hazard.

On September 3, 2024, the Board approved two POA Valves with an approved project cost of $1620.55.  Install dates TBD, will add information one the valves are installed.
